It would be interesting to see a Diploacy/Warfare faction that relied on enhancing a handful of allies through military might. Such as giving approval and influence to an allied blockaded system, Stealing minor factions from enemies, and giving fleet bonuses while attacking a war coopration target. In concept they would be similar to The Unfallen but with more rapid expansion.
