Show Planets' Modified FIDSI per Population

Hoving the mouse over a planet in the system view shows the planet's base FIDSI per population.  However, this often gets modified by system improvements that add effects like +3 dust per population on planets with luxury resources or +5 industry per population on hot, etc.  Plus planet specializations...

It would be easier to make decisions about where to place population if you could see each planet's modified FIDSI per population, taking all these effects into account.

In fact, I think this is the most important FIDSI information that can be displayed for each planet, and so it should probably replace the current display that show's the planet's total FIDSI.  But even if it doesn't replace that, it should definitely be available somewhere.
