Voydani friendly essence reaping

Hi everyone!

So I often play as Voydani with others in an alliance and in late game the conquest of the galaxy becomes more and more difficult, the less minor factions there are and the longer the way to the enemies is to reap their essence to build new arks. 

So my idea is the possibility to form a treaty with your alliance members, that allows you to reap essence from them even if it´s just in small scales like one planet every 20 turns per faction or something like this. 

This way you could be the friendly neighbourhood essence-vampire without having to fly through the whole galaxy.
