To enhance our immersion for the game, if we have a long prosperity and happy empire. The populations will hold a festivals as their sign gratitude to empire/ leaders/heroes. These few turns of events will give some boon to empire. Maybe will popped bonus quest.

Would factions have their own unique holidays (UE- Zelevas Day, Cravers- Planet Feasting Day?) set off by in game scenerios or real world festivals, such as how Destiny performs Halloween or Chrsitams? This could implecate with gameplay as well; diplomacy such as an international Stand Off day where factions cant attack eachother, religous, economic...
