A text (Taste) demo to complement the Steam manual

Most games offerred by Steam don't illustrate what it is like to play the game offered for sale.

A text demo showing what playing the first hour of ES2 is like would assist the beginning player getting started.

I'd be willing to create the content that could be assembled into the text demo of ES2 if i had some assistance.
