We already have the last player timer, which starts the turn timer when there is only one player remaining. 


What would be great is a so called first player timer where the timer starts after the first player ends their turn, so that you can have unlimited time until someone is ready, and then the countdown starts.

This would actually be very efficient at making players increase their decision making speed. If one of your friends is a troll, this option would ruin the game though. D: Though I suppose if you know that your friend is a troll, you wouldn't use this option in the first place. Hmm. For my games specifically, this option would be very good.
