Thanks for saying that. I almost never use Scans for anything more than novelty.

I think this goes into the category of better conveyance of information and I agree, it's something that could use a little attention.  I'd also like to see some sort of color differentiation on planet icons, such as for when they have a curiosity, or when you can only colonize them because of the "hardship ready" law but don't have the tech to otherwise.  The game woefully underuses color for visual distinction in the UI.

was thinking a small numeral reprezeting the number of accesible curiosities on top of the system name where it lists resuorces and other stuff in galaxy view ..
