Replace generic Hero skills with skills based on political party affiliation.

Replace the (green colored) Hero skills which are currently the same for every hero. Currently the other two skill trees (orange and blue) are based on the Hero's race and class. However, the third set is the same for every hero. By replacing it with a political party based skill tree, heros will gain much more variation.


Currently, if you have two sophon seekers, they will be exactly the same in terms of skills. If this change is implimented, a scientist sophon seeker will be vastly different than a pacifist sophon seeker. 


Some examples of skills that could be implemented:


Militarist: Reduce ship cost as governor, increase damage as admeral, etc

Industialist: Increases industry as governor, ship self repair as admeral, etc 

Science: Increases science output. More probes on ships, etc. Reduces science costs when senator.

Religious: influence boosting skills as governor. As admeral, unlock a skill that allows the fleet to invade durring cold war, or become a privateer fleet by branding their fleet with only religious symbols.

Ecologist: +FIDSI % per minor races, ability to terraform without science. As admeral, orbitting minor races boosts their support for you.

Pacifist: Dust output as governor, unlocks trade routes with monor civs, Boosts ship defence as admeral.

I really like this idea of making political affinity more relevant for heroes. Right now it only really comes into play on deciding if a hero gets access to senetor skills. 


I think this would go a long way making each hero feel unique, as most factions usually have 2 of one class for their faction heroes.

A very intersting idea to add more variety to heroes.

It add too more interest in looking at hero political party when hireng a new one, as actully I the only interest I found in it is to have more senator abilities active if I have a government that allows more than one senator, and this is limited to 3 paties at max, with the added problem that some of them may change after an election.


See only tow downsides, and none related to gameplay:

- Not sure if this will be a priority and AMp will have enough resources to implement.

- If implemented not sure if this can damage previous savegames heroes.


Just in case it is feasible I upvoted.
