Often times friends and I start a game, Maybe we do random factions. If somone gets a faction they really dont like (i dont like cravers) Or if they have a REALLY bad start where the game wont be fun for them.
Instead of having to quit and everyone rejoin a new lobby and so forth.  A button on the game menu saying game restart  (even like a poll where 3/4 of the people in the game need to accept, if you're worried about the host of the game redoing over and over till they get a perfect start in the case of pub games) would speed up the whole process.

Personaly i like harder starts playing with a faction i wasnt expecting and like the challange but i really dont like cravers so i either take the risk of playing cravers OR not random my faction.
