Add anomaly and climate indicators to system management screen

Many heroes and system improvements have effects that give benefits when there are anomalies and climates present in a system. When I assign heroes, it would be nice if I could look at which of my colonies have anomalies and on which planet and their attributes at a glance. 

Maybe on the system management screen, planets that have anomalies can have colored dots in the center of the circle representing the planet. Negative anomalies are red dots, positive are green dots, and mixed are gray dots with the dot color changing if effects are neutralized. If there is more than one anomaly on a planet, have multiple dots in the circle representing the planet. 

For climate types, maybe a symbol can envelop the planet circle based on it's attribute. For example, each climate can have their own symbol with the size determining the size of the symbol while the climate and biodiversity can affect the color of the symbol (not sure how to fit both in the symbol). That way, it's easy to tell what a planet is specialized for and if it has anomalies from the system management screen which helps with deciding which hero to assign and what skills I should give them.
