The title explains it all - Allow the ability to return to the multiplayer lobby when in-game at any point, rather than just when a desync occurs, so that a host is able to kick afk or rude/toxic players from their games, since it would otherwise require a coordinated migration, due to the game simply passing host-ship onto another player when the host leaves the game.

I propose that the 'return to lobby' function is always available on the 'desync button', with the colour representing the status of the connection as before.
