Fleet Strength Evaluator

Scrolling between one's own fleets and that of the enemy to size up the opposition can get a little tedious at times. The stats of each fleets' strengths are hidden unless an individual mouses over their fleet names, which personally strikes me as a little odd considering that such a panel could easily be tucked into the bottom left corner or something of the likes.

Would it not make the UI more user-friendly to simply move or allow for the toggleability of such a fleet strength evaluator? I know that it may seem like a small gripe, albeit for a small gripe it makes the "expanding" and "exterminating" parts of ruling an interstellar empire that much more wearisome.
