Please implement this very simple and useful pop-up. This is same as "Population gained" pop-up, but about migrated population from own systems or by triggered migration from minor civs or by some curiosities. Without such pop-up gamer requres to check EVERY system each turn to ensure everything optimal. This is very annoying and takes lot of time especially on Endless diffuculty. Thanks.
