Possibility for Cravers to evacuate their home system

I don't know about you, but, when playing as Cravers, it always bothers me that I can devour and then leave systems all around the galaxy, but am force to keep my depleted home system, which can become a burden latter on. 

I think there should be an option allowing you to evacuate your home system, even if it means you're not able to complete a domination victory as long as you don't possess it (you can still return to it later on). The Vodyani have this option through the Ark mechanic, so why not the Cravers ? Let them leave their nuked prison to become the locust swarm they've always dreamt to be !
