Changing ship-skins at any time.

With all thes new ship-skins, wouldn't it be nice to be able to change them during a running game?

There could be some situations where a change in ship desing could make sense (empire to mezari after certain quests for example), and i have read ideas about that topic...

...but if every player could decide for themselves when it is time to change the design of their ships, every player could make the best of the new designs for themselves.
