Everyone has had some experience where you end up with a system that is far from your main cluster of systems. This can be frustrating if you are trying to transfer population units through the space ports and the civilian ships get destroyed in transport. 


It would be awesome if there was a module that would allow a ship to carry at least 1 unit of a population. Some balancing ideas with this:

- Perhaps it would be limited to Medium+ size ship hulls

- Population transport ships would be unable to have weapon modules

- If they are in orbit over one of your systems you could specify on the Space Port in the system menu which population will be loaded onto the ship for the next turn


This would allow for players to have more control on moving potentially "valuable" populations.
