The Risen

What if there was a race called the Risens they are cruel race that doesn't really do diplomacy they can mutate time and space itself allowing areas in the universe to change to their will they need a consent supply of life force or dust. everything is relied on dust or lifeforce to survive from civilians to builds from planets to science everything. They will be a kind of dragon like creatures with a yellow glow. with 4 huge wings that scale up to 50m tall compared to their body of 10m tall. 

These wings allow them in combat to grab objects and the ability to camouflage in the wild or as another empire troops. every time they Concore a planet it will become frozen planet where they live all the empires citizens will become Risens and eventually become Risens so theirs time for the enemy empire to rebel and take over this planet again before it’s too late. 

This race is very heavily big ship and attack focused and meant to be a wide empire with massive ships instead of small ones they have a war ship called THEGREATPENGUIN which a moveable star base of kinds with citizens is living on it similar i guess to the Vodyani but not a planet. more like a bonus. you have to create your ships from the great penguins instead of the planets this can be an advantage or disadvantage. 

They start out on a planet called Lumiis and on a system called lunis their planet has about 10 turns before it turns from an ice planet to a lava planet. they will have to find a home quick and terraform it into an ice planet before game over. one of the last things they can do is setup criminal bases in other people’s planets which they can use to kill pops steal resources and setup illegal buildings they will bring crime to your planets.

This race is known as religious and militarists with a dictatorship. 

Their major disadvantage is having to rely on dust or lifeforce for everything and the fact that they must have less small cheap ships rather than big ones. another or the disadvantages is the factor of them only being allowed to live in cold or ice climates known as the sacred worlds If anyone wants to know more and would like to see drawings on the Risens please let me know.
