Make some Hissho ground troops use swords, just like the Yuusho minor faction.

Hissho can build high tech ships, why would they fight with inferior weapons on the battlefield?

They would get shot before they could even start running towards the enemey.

Except if they would have super high endurance so they could take 10 bullets before they died.

In that case imagine their power when they switched to guns.

If you look at any art with Hissho, you can see them using their swords, so I think it would be aesthetically appropriate.
They could have high agility to dodge incoming shots, or strong armor.

Schwertkampf ist Ehrenhaft wie die Hissho, Schusswaffen sind Ehrenlos. 

Swordsmanship is Honorable like the Hissho, Guns are Honeless.
