Sure Custom Factions are notorious for being broken but they also add a flavour of creativity for role playing. The new faction Umbral Choir has a interesting trait which gave me the idea to create a custom faction of "corruptors of worlds" or "extra dimension infestation" by using In the Shadows trait with the Extreme Foreman pop. The result was boring and broken, the pop in sactuaries didnt deplete planets, so rather than a faction of Dimensional Horrors or Chaotic Demons I create just a powerful race.

From a flavour perspective it doesnt make sense cause they still exploit 150% FIDSI. Perhaps it was meant to be like that but doesnt seems likely.
