In the advanced gameplay setup screen, have different check boxes for Obliterator and Core Cracker techs, for people who want to play with one without the other.
I figured this was an easy one, I personally enjoyed the core cracker tech, but it was trivialized with the inclusion of the obliterator tech and I would not mind the ability to play with one without using the other. Cheers!
