Fully Random Universe and Game Conditions

When I go to start a new game, I would like a button that fully randomizes everything, doesn't show me the variables selected and immediately starts the game.

I would like to see everything be random:

Galaxy Size
Galaxy Age
Number of Opponents
Selected Oppontents
Density of the Cluster
Pirates
Resources
Galaxy Seed
... and the list goes on and on... Everything

In short, I want a big button labeled "Surprise Me".
I click it, the game randomly selects conditions from all variables and then starts the campaign.

This would be a really great button for me cause it stresses me out trying to chose all the variables at the beginning!!!! XD

Awesome! Great to hear that someone else would like this too.

I really want the experience of exploring the universe and being surprised at what I find. I shouldn't know in advance that there will be 6 other factions, old systems, pirates, etc...

I want to explore and discover with no foresight into the galaxy's construction.

I imagine that this could be a simple selection from the start screen that branches out of the "New Game" selection.

For me it doesn't have to be an actual button. If each option can have a Random option in addition to the current values it would already be perfect. Than each player can customize the randomness how they like it.

eXploring a random galaxy really is one of the most enjoyable things you can do.

I agree. A large part of the fun is the discovery of what is out there in the great expanse!

Sorry for the necro, but this was the first thread that popped up when i was searching for this topic.

I would also love the option to fully randomize games, i really like the idea that nothing is certain. It makes exploring much more interesting and every game even more unique. Life in space is not fair :)

Agreed! I don't want to know who is out there are what to expect. I want the universe to be a big giant mystery to me.
