Rather than unlocking certain Battle Tactic with technology, each Battle Tactic technology provides X points. Further unlocking Era 3-5 will also grant 1 point.


You spend these points to from the entire pool of Battle Tactics.


My off the top of my head distribution would go:


T1 Technologies = 1 point.

T1 Battle Tactics = 1 point.


T2 Technologies = 2 point.

T2 Battle Tactics = 2 point.


T3 Technologies = 3 point.

T3 Battle Tactics = 3 point.
