I think there should be a page/window/screen in the game for quickly assessing the minor factions we have found so far and our relations with them, rather than having to scroll around the galaxy to find their systems just to see what's up.

There could easily be a tab on the diplomacy screen which brings up new window that sorts the different minor factions by system, race, and relationship, simiar to the "Empire Screen". From there the icon could pop-up the minor faction diplomacy window.

Well, at least that's my take on it. Great idea.
