Have FIDSI convertion projects to be represented by a single element in the queue like it's done for terrafomation and planetary specialization upgrades.


Say if I have convert to science queued somewhere, auto-replace the project when I click convert to Dust leaving the it in the same position. Clicking on a convertion project which is already active should remove it from the queue. Highlighting the frame around active convertion project would be nice too in order to track if any is active when the queue length exceeds displayable maximum.
