When I switch between Buildings + Ships, Buildings-only, Ships-only, that should be remembered globally; so that when I move to another system, I'm still seeing that list in the mode I chose.

When I leave that screen and come back next time, it should be as I left it, no matter what system I'm on.

"Buildings-only" - then only show me buildings please :)
