Fate of a Defeated Factions Heroes

 I think the faction that did the killing blow or did the most in that war should get for like a turn or so exlusive hiring rights to those heroes

Or maybe the faction that did the killing blow has a nice discount on their price on the market

I REALLY like governors. lol

Plus, this is gonna be a bit more necessary if they add in an espionage system like in EL that uses heros as spys.

I like this idea, Theodore- and to Celeir's point above, perhaps the top-ranked hero from the defeated faction gets a quest that allows you to recruit them as injured and retaining some of their XP, while the rest go back to the Academy or market.
