Option to Lobby against a Party in elections

In addition to the option of promoting a party there sould be an election action to lobby against a pary. For example late in the game its the militarist party that almost always end up on on top. I want to reverse that trend by being able to discredit it in order to allow a difrent party in the senate, while keeping the other party, besides the militarist, still in power. .
