All major factions have borders that grows according its diplomacy influence, and borders encounters with each others. But Unfallen have only Celestial Vines and no borders ...so any other faction can easily colonyze nearest free star system wich could be within Unfallen borders... So my idea:
-1- Unfallen have diplomacy influence so they must have borders according they influence so as all another major faction.
-2- If the star system within Unfallen borders then it can be connected to Celestial Vines in say 2 times faster.
