There are 2 tabs "Trade & Resources" and "Marketplace" in F3 menu. You have to always switch between them manually with your mouse and plain F3 is reserved for open/close this menu. With Shift+F3 hotkey you can open this menu and switch between them eternally, faster and make it more comfortable.
