Pick your initial hero

Yeah, at least it would be nice to have some options. 

Actually, it is kinda lame that your starting ideology is also a preset. It would be great to have an early quest or event (like first 10 turns) that will allow you to choose a starting ideological vector, like Religious/Militarists/Industrialists for Cravers or Industrialists/Religious/Scientists for UE. Because changing your starting law is a pain in the ass and can be done only in like 40-50 turns. That kinda narrows the gameplay diversity.
