When you are playing as Riftborn, you will be notified if you have a Singularity in stock which is not used.

I think there should be a similar notification for Horatio when he accumulates enough of the lesser peoples to improve himself, and for Vodyani when they reach maximum Essence storage.

This will help someone like me, for example, who is woefully unattentive to these things and tends to forget about it managing fleets/colonies.
