Add to the diplomatic options the establishment of tributary states as a form to evade war or conquest:

  • continuous resource tax from the tributary state,
  • option to revolt and/or deny payment of taxes (tributary state),
  • option to make taxes harsher or milder (overlord),
  • option to appeal for milder taxes (tributary state),
  • etc.
