Currently when you introduce a new mod your old save games won't load (and I understand that limitation).
But for a lot of testing of new solutions and balancing it would be great if you could load a mod and still use an existing mid/late game for testing.
I understand that some changes could break the game but a change in weapon accuracy or shield power should not be a problem?
Maybe there could be a new mod type called "hotfix" or something like that that wouldn't make save games incompatible if they were played without it.
