Dust Per Turn Negotiation Option

I feel like a long term agreement for one empire to fund another would add some interesting gameplay possibilities at a relatively low cost.

I love to play economically focused empires, and one of my favorite things to do back when I played Civilization V was to find an empire who was struggling financially and agree to give them a good amount of gold per turn to keep them afloat. I would try to do this with as many of the other players as possible so that they would all depend on my financial input to run their empires, and be in debt to me.

I would love to see an option like this make its way to the Endless series. Sure, I could call the other empires up every turn and negotiate a dust gift, but that's really tedious. There is already the system for giving another empire Dust Per Turn through the war reparations during a truce, so hopefully it would be possible to make that a negotiation option as well.
