Notification for available Heroes on the Market

(okay *phew...* I will post here for the first time  .. be brave .. you can do it!)

As heroes are a vital assets to faring well in the Endless Universe, governing our systems, leading our fleets and amusing us sometimes, we cannot push away the allegation that we want to have as many of them as possible in a playthrough. Unfortunatalney we often miss to buy heroes from the market, and Isyanders Gambit often starts already shortly after discovering the Academy - thus prohibiting players to go into the quest with more than 2 or 3 heroes. But that is doable! What I am pondering about is finishing Isyanders Gambit on the Side of the Protectors of the status quo (destroying the Magnetary Systems) and only being able to receive heroes through the market.

I don't want to propose a change to the quest!

I want to propose a notification for whenever a hero becomes available on the market square, so one can jump and catch it for oneself. 

I also know that this could conflict the lategame for all the other protectors of the status quo after Isyanders Gambit. If only one faction (the one of the player in offline games) buys all heroes from the market square that would ever be available. But I assume there is a way around a monopoly like that.
On the other hand the AI factions that fought alongside oneself as the protectors of the status quo are not necessarily allied with one and can simply buy a hero as soon as available on the market, just because one missed to check a single turn.

Simply writing, I find it tiring and frustrating before and after Isyander's Gambit to just check the market every turn if a new hero is available. It is an unnecessary click every time and prolonging the game a few seconds each turn.
