1. Universal aerodynamics (intergrated theaters) tech-Tier 4 military tech adds too much command points. Players can jump from having 10 command points to having 20 or 22. Happended to me several months ago, I was fighting an AI player, it rushed to Universal aerodynamics (intergrated theaters) and it had 20 or 22 command points compared to my 10 command points, it overwhelmed my fleets with numbers.
Current Intergrated theaters: "+ 2 command points per Hull types on Empire"
Purposed new changes to Might of the Endless: "+ 1 command points per Hull types on Empire"
The 6 command points lost gets spread out to the other + command point techs. Prevent players from having twice the command points with one tech.
Changes to Military techs:
Tier 1 Ubiquitous surveillance: has a new tech or an item that adds + 2 command points
Tier 2 Autonomous construction (coordinated command): +3 command points (unchange)
Tier 3 Hardened alloys (zero-lag command) : + 4 to command points instead of +3
Tier 4 Universal aerodynamics (intergrated theaters): + 5 command points
Tier 5 Quatum communcations (C4 systems) : +5 command points
Tier 5 Might of the endless : "+ 1 command points per Hull types on Empire"
Old command points each tier : 4, 7, 10, 22, 26, 29
New Command points each tier : 4, 6, 9, 13, 18, 23, 29
I personally think having more command points such as 6 or 7 to start the game instead of 4 is better.
Command points would be 7, 9, 12, 16, 21, 26, 32 if players start with 7.
