Infinite Constructions Should Upgrade

When you research an upgraded version of an "infinite construction", for example Planet Cracker Factory -> Core Science, any examples of the lower construction in the construction queues should be replaced by the better version.  Something like this already happens for the planet specializations, where if you have the +1 Industry specialization on a planet and the research the +2 Industry tech, all of the +1 Industry specializations are upgraded automatically.

The game appears to already recognize that Core Science, for example, is an upgraded version of Planet Cracker Factory.  As you can see in this screenshot, it shows the Planet Cracker Factory construction as "no longer valid".
