allainace voting

most of us get annoyed when we find ourselves suddenly at peace or war when in an alliance, how about put it to a vote?

probably base it off of total points, (maybe influece can be spent to ad more votes?)if one member of the allaiance want to make peace or war, each member makes a vote, using our point total as an outcome, then each member has to make a decision weather to stay in the allaince or not.

if your fairly weak, guess what....your vote does not count for crap
