New Notifications Toggle for All Notification

For OPTIONS > NOTIFICATIONS:

1. Please add a toggle for Auto Pop-up All New Notifications.

If implemented, please implement this so it will automatically set any added notification toggle to the desired setting (On/Off).

This would allow us to skip the process of adjusting new notifications added during major updates/expansions. I personally disable all auto pop-ups.

AND/OR

2. Please add an Option to toggle all Notifications On or Off simultaneously.

This would allow us to set all to On or Off without having to go through this massive list, clicking each of them. This can become very tiresome, especially with new updates/expansions.
