Cloaking modules for ships

With the newly announced additional race, speciallizing in espionage, can we look forward to seeing ships with the ability to cloak?  Something akin to Star Trek and the Romulans or Klingons but with the Endless flair we've all come to love.  Balanced out, of course, to keep things fair but still adding that extra dimension to space exploration, combat, and war.  To help that balance there would have to be cloak detecting sensors somewhere along the way too, perhaps as ship modules or as system enhancements.
