Amplitude studios system improvement and FlyByBo concert

Whai if I would say there would be a legendary building called Amplitude studios. It would give you 15 happiness, -15% overpopulation penalty and -15% overcolonization penalty in your empire. A quest should be done before you have this building, but it would really worth the price.

Plus there would be a FlyByNo concert event. The event randomly choose a system (it could be any player system) and for 10 turns (or depend on game speed), the event would cost you 50 dust per turn, but it would give 5% fidsi and happiness bonus. After the 10th turn the event would choose another system.
The event would only trigger after the 30th turn, or depending on the game speed as I mentioned.

The developers put so many of our ideas in the game, I think they deserve to be in it too. And FlyByNo… his music talks instead of me =D
