Minor Faction Tracking

It is difficult to both keep track of the minor factions you meet and your current standing with them. You have to move around the map and click on each individual one to see their current status. This could easily be solved by introducing their own political tab like the Major Factions have.

A new tab under Diplomatic Status (F8) that shows all minor factions the player has discovered. Laid out like the Systems Management tab it would show you the faction, their system, current diplomatic relation, relation rewards, player sovereignty, and current player relationship growth/decrease. This would allow players to keep track of which factions they're currently working with and which have joined other players.
