If an empire encounters the same empire in the same game there should be a uniqe quest that pops up where there is a debate on how this is possible.


For example:


If you are play as the riftborn and you encounter another riftborn faction a quest should pop up where scientists are debate on whether or not this other riftborn empire come from the same universe or an entirely different one and wasting science to decide/discover the truth that grants you an approval bonus with the other empire.


Or,


Say that the United Empire meets its doppelganger in the game there could be some insane quest on the two emperors meeting each other and chaos erupts in both empires until the situation is resolved.


Either way it just seemed strange to me that there is not any sort of "Huh" in the game when the same empires meet each other. I'll admit they are not really that great as "quest" but I am just putting this out there.
