Inconsistency in Faction Law Display

On the Population Screen, when unlocking faction laws, some have the text

"<Faction Name> Law Unlocked" (ex., "Mavros Law Unlocked")

whereas others specifically call out the name of the law ("Happy Sardines Act" I believe is one instance).

This is inconsistent; Population Screen should have consistent format to the text, ideally calling out the actual law name in all instances.

As a somewhat related note, the Epistis "Laser-Like Law" icon is just a big question mark. Presumably a placeholder icon? Would be nice to have it be a real icon.
