Population Bonuses highlighted in Green when active (would make pop management easier at a glance).

Just a simple 'Quality of Life' change where pop bonuses could be highlighted or written in Green text when active. This would make it easier to understand when and how certain pops are getting their bonuses and would help a lot with Conditional bonuses to know they're active at a glance, without having to double check what kind of planet or planet modifer they're on.
