Sometimes you're not sure what factionyou want to play, or maybe you just like to keep things fresh. And for that, there's the Random empire selection.


But sometimes you're just not in the mood for those guys, or you just played a game with them, or you're looking for more of a coin toss than a hat draw.


An option to limit the Random pool during a game start, perhaps a checkbox next to each possible empires, would be a convenient way to get a quick start while allowing a little bit more control to ensure it's the type of game you're looking for.
