Problem
When player has many systems he can use Automation Policy to develop system and to build buildings automaticaly. But there is one problem - sometimes this policy builds system improvements that require Strategic resources that player might be trying to stash up for the fleet needs.
It's not a big deal when you have 3 - 5 systems, you can always check and cancel the production. But when you have many systems it's hard to pay attention and a so desired Tractor beam get delayed for a few turns.
Solution
I suggest to turn Strategic deposit icons into buttons (pink circle on the picture) that forbid for Automation policy to build buildings using a particular resource that has been locked by a player:
Instead it can just skip the buildings with the locked resource and go to the next one in Automation queue. And if player turned off the lock it returns to these buildings and produce them in the systems.
