There is a function of restoring planets by Behemoths (when having a tech and modules installed), however it doesn't work on colonized planets. It completely makes no sense, why would anyone abandon the system just to refill the planets and build and populate everything again? That's ridiculous, same with terraforming and reducing anomalies, right now these are useless additions (you could 'prepare' the system for colonizing though but how much sense is in that :D). The most reasonable would be to allow Behemoths to do these things on colonized planets, but set the number of turns dependent on the game speed (let's say 5-7 turns on normal speed for terraforming/restoring a planet and 2 turns for reducing anomaly), population of the planet (base value at 3 population, less population means less turns, more population means more turns) and quantity of modules. The other solution specifically for restoring a planet could be the passive work when orbiting with these modules installed, eg. make Behemoth restore points of depletion per turn based on above factors.
In the current game state I don't really see any point in these functions. I was happy about restoring planet function as Cravers (would give much synergy) but really dissapointed when I tested it. Behemoths are supposedly designed for multiple applications and this one doesn't pass exam at all. For the cost of upkeeping the Behemoth of this kind you basically get nothing in return.
