Chaotic Planet would be a new type of planet, they are guaranteed to have 2 or more bad anomalies and no good anomalies (not counting minerals and luxuries), the logic behind colonizing them is that they are bad for the early-mid game, but when you have researched enough technologies, you could "fix" the anomalies and have an extremely profitable planet.
