I hereby propose to change


 Binary Moons pop bonus to +2 

Multiple Moons pop bonus to +3


to make it more different (and worthy) from Single Moon (+1)


This could've have an effect on balance, but I think this change is small enough and an uniform addition to all races - so no problem would arise.
